Hourly Maids

We provide housemaids and we charge on hourly basis, scope of work includes:

  • General house cleaning
  • Kitchen cleaning
  • Washroom sanitizing
  • Vacuuming, dusting’ mopping
  • Nanny services
  • Party help
  • Currently we have only Filipino maids.
  • We provide female maids only.
  • It is subject to availability, but if there is any contract between you and the Company then we can assign a fixed dedicated maid.
  • Depends on the client’s request, as a special price is applicable for long term contracts. You can call us for more details on service prices.
  • We accept cash, cheque and credit cards.
  • We provide maids for a minimum service of 3 hours.
  • Morning Shift 8-12pm and Afternoon shift 2-6pm, however timing can be flexible as per your request.
  • Transportation for maids is provided up to 6pm. For service hours after 6pm, additional charges will be applicable.
  • It should be brought to our notice immediately; we will investigate the matter and act accordingly.
  • Yes all our maids are legally permitted to work.
  • Yes our maids are well trained and they can ensure customer satisfaction.
  • For a one month contract 50% at the beginning of the service and 50% at the end of the contract.
  • 10 days’ notice in advance. (Monthly contract)
  • 2 days prior notice. (Hourly basis)
  • For a long term contract above 1 month you have to provide 50% deposit before the start of the service which can be refundable upon completion of the contract or can be adjusted against any pending payment.
  • We cover Arabian Ranches, The Villa, Motor City, Mirdif, The Gardens, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Jumeira 1,2,3, Dubai Marina, Jumeira Lakes Towers, Springs, Meadows, The Lakes ,Sheikh ZayedRoad,Old Town, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai land, Sports City, Media City, internet City, Palm Jumeira, Jumeira Island, JBR.
  • Live In Maids

  • The “Live in” Maid Service is a full time maid service where accommodation is provided by you.
  • Yes the maid will be sponsored by the company.
  • We will arrange an interview with three maids, out of which you can select one maid.
  • If there is a valid reason for your dissatisfaction we can provide you with two replacements in a year.

  • If the maid goes on annual, sick or emergency leave we will provide you with a replacement.

  • 10 hours a day is the normal working hours and anything above 10 hrs the maid will be liable for overtime.

  • Yes the maid will work for 6 days a week with one day off
  • If the maid is involved in theft or any gross misconduct, the customer has to immediately report the issue to us, so that we can act accordingly.
  • You have to inform us well in advance and only after approval from us you may do so.
  • In case the maid is absconding from work, the customer has to report within 24 hours,so that we can report the case to government authorities; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the penalties in lieu of such case.
  • All the payments are through cheques payable in the name of ‘Multiplus Cleaning Services LLC’ or by credit card.

  • Currently, we provide Filipino maids.
  • Sponsored Domestic Helpers

  • Customer identifies the cleaner whose visa has to be processed.
  • We provide 2 years visa at a cost effective price.
  • Documents required for cleaner’s visa processing is as follows:

  • Cleaner’s Passport Copy
  • Cleaner’s Visa Copy (if any)
  • Cleaner’s Photo x 12
  • Customer’s Passport Copy
  • Customer’s Visa Copy
  • Residence Tenancy Contract
  • Customer’s 3 months bank statement/ Labor Contract Copy
  • It takes approximately 3 weeks – 1 month from the date of signing contract.
  • Yes, we will complete the Emirates ID and Medical process on behalf of client, which is a part of the visa cost.
  • Generally the salary is determined by the client, however if the salary does not meet the labor criteria then we will suggest the client to change it as per the labor 7 consulate requirements.
  • The salary will be paid on every 10th of the month through WPS Exchange house.
  • Health Insurance plan is optional as it depends on client, however we have cost effective insurance plans which you can provide to your cleaner.
  • As per UAE Labor Law, on completion of 1 year an employee should be granted 30 days paid leave.
  • The ticket cost for arrival and for repatriation is borne by you.
  • The Cleaners Company will hold passport of cleaners, and it will be kept under fireproof secured cabinet. However, if you wish to hold cleaner’s passport then it will be customer’s responsibility to keep it secure and an undertaking letter will have to be given to us.
  • In such a scenario you have to inform us within 24 hours, to help you in course of action.
  • If ever you wish to renew visa of your same cleaners we request you to inform us 2 months in prior so that we can start for the renewal process.
  • Unfortunately, visa cost is nonrefundable as it is one time cost for 2 years.
